In the parts manual the hazard bulb is part number SP10301 and costs $1.25
new.

The cigar lighter is 108288 $9.98

and the illuminating cigar lighter ring is 108501 $9.01 (including 2 of
these).

No longer available this now rare and hard to find part number 110523 cost
$95.60 when it was last available.

It has no tears or rips and even is fully formed near the prism shaped edge
just below where the cigar lighter goes. 99% of these have a chunk missing
due to poor fitting.
