Best headlights?

Hey Group,

I am interested in replacing my sealed beams with something a little more 
modern. My Lexus has silvania silverstars in it and i know i won't get that 
great of lighting without lots of modifications and conversions, but i can tell a 
huge difference and need something a little more safe for night driving. 
Rather i am interested in either the very best sealed beam lamps available, or 
perhaps a simple halogen capsule conversion that isn't very involved. 

what will give me the best results? i will replace all four lamps at once. i 
go online and see many options but it is hard to tell if the lights really 
are brighter at usable wavelengths, or if it is just a bunch of bogus 'fast and 
furious' stuff that looks good but is worthless in the rain or on the 
interstate.

any ideas?
