Small claims courts vary by state. The only one I
ever dealt with was in CA (where Lee lives) and was
years ago. At that point in time, BOTH parties had to
live within the jurisdiction of that particular court.

BTW, I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I've had my
model for over two years. However, I have never
opened the box, saving it for ??????. Now I wonder if
I should see what is really inside.
