MODERATOR NOTE - Although we've been asked by the parties involved to kill off this topic, it seemed like a long enough time to let it come up again since it has not apparently been resolved. Please direct correspondence to Ken at the address given. ---dave

Dominique,
There is a mailing list established for those of us with the same problem (ltd_edition@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) ... unfortunately many have been duped by Lee!
Ken Montgomery (kenm(AT)csus.edu) in USA has been giving us tremenduous help by pushing Lee Seiler to get this rediculous 3 year+ mess resolved.
Do you have a reference or kit number given to you by Lee Seiler ... forward this to Ken?
Can anyone in the USA advise us 'foreigners' if there is such a thing as a "Small Claims Court" in USA to sue Lee Seiler to refund our $$$. The whole situation is rediculous and our emails are simply ignored by him ... not something I expected in the DeLorean community. The whole situation makes me real MAD!
Regards, IAN (Hong Kong)
