Thank you very much for a live information.
I think I will go with On Board Power because it is only $80...
I used my charger with my ex-battery from Wal-mart, and the charger killed my 
ex.
Maybe I was too lazy to use an ordinary charger right, so now I go with 
Battery tender
with overcharging free
