>From your description I am guessing you mean the right output seal on 
the final drive is leaking. If that is what you are referring to you 
don't have to drop the trans. All you really have to remove is the 
half-shaft and you only have to remove the end at the trans and let it 
hang. Be careful removing the large spanner nut (you should have the 
special tool but if you are gentle you can get by without it) and 
count the # of turns so you can put it back exactly as it was. You 
will probably find that the sealing surface on the output flange is 
scored so in addition to a new seal you will either have to have the 
flange repaired or you will have to get another. The definitive 
article on doing the torsion bar adjustment is in an old Delorean 
World. You need some special tools and a helper to do the adjustment 
so if you have never even seen it done it is best if you can find a 
local group, someone in it will be able to help.
