If you go underneath the steering wheel, you will see all the way on the 
left up in the corner, where the wires lead to the chassis wiring harness. 
This harness feeds power to the fuel pump, horns, tank sending unit, 
winshield washer motor. You can run the wires to go with that, that will 
then lead u to underneath the drivers side corner of the front end where the 
washer bottle is. Hope that helps.
