I'm pretty sure that I have all the vacuum leaks stopped as I replaced 
the hoses one at a time so the routing would be correct. The plug is in 
place over the mixture screw on the fuel distributor and the butterfly 
is closed on idle and the microswitch is working or at least is 
activated when in idle position. I think the former owner bypassed the 
lambda system but I'm not real sure on that. The fuel frequency valve 
is buzzing and I double checked the fuel line routing.
I'll change all the fuses before I play with it again.
