A/C Mode Switch

Hello,

I was replacing my mode switch diaphram and light switch today. As 
it would appear the previous owner installed a small amplifier 
behind the panel, when i remove it it yanked all of my wires off of 
the switch, and pulled numerous bulbs out. So now i have my console 
removed to get access to all of my wires, only thing i need now is 
a diagram on where to place the three terminals back on the switch.
