Hey Christian I was having the same problem, turned out that my alternator belt was too loose. so I tightened it up and now my voltage is steady around 13V.

Christian, The Delorean 150 alternator would cure the problem for the most of
it.
There are some other things you can do for the wiring to get the needle above
13 volts.
