Side mirror adjustment docs

NASA's pretty doggone Safety Conscious since that accident in '86 
(Challenger). So much so, that it has spilled out into everyday life.

Some clown--er, engineer-- did a study to find a way to best adjust 
side mirrors on autos to minimize blind spots on vehicles. So, I 
created a folder in the Files section at groups.yahoo and upload two 
docs from him on his findings. The first is his "How to" on the new 
adjustment procedure; the second is Powerpoint presentation about it, 
and how it helps.

Anyway... it's not De Lorean specific, it's the FWIW department, and 
because our D's aren't the most visible or easy to see out of, it 
might help.

It takes some getting used to... but give it a try.
