Thanks for the help!! I did check my door switches, and they were a mess! 
They were loose and one of the upper connectors was contacting the lower 
one, creating the short. I straightened everything, tightened everything and 
insulated some additional areas of the connectors, now my "open door" 
telltale goes off and on as it should and the sporadic current through the 
courtesies circuit is no more!

How ever this still doesnt explain why the courtesies fuse kept popping. The 
engine compartemnt light doesnt work. I think the whole circuit for that has 
an open. I cant measure any voltage or current through it anywhere. The 
switch is broken so I completely removed it, opening the circuit just in 
case it was responsible for the current drain.

Also I think my alternator belt is loose cause my car squeeks often and I 
thought that I needed bearings packed or something, but I think that it is 
actually the alternator belt. I replaced the belts and just couldnt get the 
alternator very tight.

Also my windows work even with the car off. Is this normal? I am getting 13 
mA through this fuse at all times, but it could be for something else that 
is tied to that fuse.
