Shain, You may be experiencing a hot start problem and the fuel accumulator 
isn't holding pressure on the system. Your high Idle could also be caused by 
a couple of things, the air flow meter is being closed all the way or the 
butterflies in the throttle body also may not be closing. Also make sure the 
adjustments screws for the idle speed motor isn't screwed to far in or the 
one below it.
