I just asked "DMCTrustee" a similar question. His reply, in part:

"I work for the estate, therefore, all of the money that is
made from selling the corporate records, will go to the dmc
creditors. We are only permitted to sell the corporate records, I am
not permitted to, for example make copies of something and sell it,
it must be sold as is..etc. You can do whatever you want with
something that you bought from me."
