David, Try turning the air off and find out if it's the water temp. side of 
the system or the air condition. Once you have determined if it's water or 
air side of the system, then go from there. The thermostat my be sticking and 
not allowing the water to flow properly or the radiator may me clogged up a 
little. Make sure all the bugs are also out of the air flow system. Let me 
know.
