I don't have any concerns about using the list to occasionally post "special
offers" to our DeLorean community, In fact I've done it myself.

I do find it objectionable to say "its not commercial" when the site has
banners to the company that registered the domain name, offering paid
website development and hosting to DeLorean enthusiasts.

You've also set up a "DeLorean Mailing List Archives" Forum that claims "we
have captured the [DML] messages and placed them here" which implies that
you plan to duplicate the archives on your site.

I suggest that you re-think your business/personal strategy.
