Ok I got my book today. Very nice. I paid $105 including shipping and 
insurance and the book came overnight. Triple wrapped then placed in 
an othersized box surround by foam. 

>From a collector standpoint book is near perfect. No writing, tears, 
nicks, bumps, creases or anything. NO dust cover. Spine doesnt crack 
when opened so it has been read.

Book was priced at $150 but came up at $99 during billing.

You just can't beat it!!!
