When you close the doors from the outside, make sure that you place your
hand by the toll booth window (the small window that opens). When inside
the car, pull with the strap. Also, check and see if you have the metal
guides, which are mounted on both the front and rear of the door, the
guides. If you are already closing the door correctly, then you may need
to adjust it.
