Leak

Hello All,

I've had my car for 6 months now and one thing that's really bugging 
me.
I use the car every day and it's out in all weather.
Ever since day one I have had a leak,inside the the car under the 
foot pedals.
Thease are the things I've done to no avail....
1.Downloaded the service bulletin and silicone all joints.
2.replaced door seals with new ones.
3.cleaned out the drains.
4.cleaned the pipe from the heater box in the middle(under windshield)
5.Even coated the footwell with fiberglass brush on paint.

And when It rains heavy the footwell fills up like a bath!
I can't make it out as I have silicone and fiberglass paint and it 
still leaks!

I love the d to bits and wondered if anyone out there has had the 
same problem?
I'm running out of ideas now!
