Water pump rebuild

I have had great success with taking my waterpump to a local parts store
where they sent it off and had my pump rebuilt.Took about a week. Cost was
less than half of a new one, even less than the generic Volvo replacement
and you retain the correct shaft length ( the generic shaft is longer).
This is probably only a concern for concourse competition or if you are a
purist.
