Yes...  Is there any way to make the stick shift look nice... or get a different shifter entirely???

Now if you install a shifter plate like in the Ferarris,what about the
black ugly shifter that is usually covered by the boot? Whatto do
about making that look a little more pleasant,maybe a slip on SS tube
of some kind?
