The picture at http://www.egroups.com/docvault/dmcnews/shift.jpg looks
like it will only replace the leather boot we currently have.

I'd love to see a plate that replaces the entire horizontal part of the
center console around the shifter. I would not be too upset if I lost
the clock and dimmer control either..

BTW, will we have a option on the grain direction?
