[DML] Aligning Doors

Hello list,
IT WORKED: I put the torsion bars on with no problems this morning after 
church. The passenger door goes up a little faster than the drivers side but 
I can live with that. Now I need to align the doors. The latches are so far 
off from the striker pin that the doors wont shut properly. Do you adjust 
them buy moving the 4 bolts that hold the doors onto the hinges? All 4 had 
to come off when the new door went on so I am guessing they are just not in 
the correct spots. could someone please tell me how this is done?
