[DML] FASCIA BOLTS

Hello list,
I just picked up a rear fascia for my DeLorean today from a local member 
of the list. (Thanks Eric!). The 6 bolts at the bottom of the fascia are 
cracked off. Should I just drill through the fascia and put bolts through 
it? or is there a better way. I just dont want to screw anything up. Any 
information would be greatly appreciated.
