No, this vehicle is STREET LEGAL (barely). It's probably one of the top five
Manta Mirage's on the road today -- the one better than mine that I know of
is a 2000 lb car, aerodynamically designed for high speed, with a 1200 (!) HP
engine... The car is pretty much a piece for piece clone of a McLaren M8B.

I just got back ten minutes ago from a visit to my parent's in the Delorean.
Averaged 180 kph for the length of the trip, and went just past 200 for a
while. Seriously, it's these higher (100+ kph) speeds that the Delorean
really shines at... It's gearing is perfect for it, and it's very civilized.
