[DML] Re: Lowering (and speeding in Toronto)



The change in spring height was not part of the Lotus design, the decision
to make this change was dictated by the change in bumper height requirements
by the DOT. When the front springs are exchanged for the lower front springs
the car will sit level as the designers intended it to be.
