What highway would that be? Every time I've been in Toronto, there's been 
a huge traffic jam! Your average speed seems just a little optimistic, 90 
MPH is 144 KPH and the speed limit is 100 KPH (roughly 62 MPH)! I think our 
police do a slightly better job than that!
