[DML] floppy mirror, floppy brake

My inside rear view mirror will stay where you leave it, but if you try to 
move it, like to "night" mode, it's extremely loose, barely holding into 
position. Any way to adjust it? There's nothing else wrong with it, so I 
don't want to replace it.

My parking brake needs adjustment too... put it down, and after a few seconds 
it creeps up about an inch... enough to make the red light come on. Does 
this mean it's actually braking or dragging? I can press it down easily with 
a fingertip, without pressing the button, and the light goes out for a few 
minutes. Then it pops up again. What can I do about this???
