When I bought my first motorcycle, a puny 100cc one cylinder job, I asked the 
guy how fast it would go. "Fast as a sane man would want to go," he said. I 
haven't yet cranked my "82 up all the way, but I'm sure it goes as fast as a 
sane man would want to go.... even with 130 hp and no turbos.
