Thank you. the only d that i am aware of in the toronto area is an '81. it is in picton. there are pics of it at http://www.longrun.com . this car also comes with the back to the future add-ons. i looked into this car about a year ago when i was looking for my d, but luckily i found a 5spd '82 in toronto. i know that there are a couple of d's in the toronto area (my father was passed by one on the 401 this past autumn and thought that i had come into town without phoning him.. :) ) failing that, you may want to get in touch with pj grady.. i understand that they usually have cars available. granted, you will have to make the 12 hour drive to long island but, it's worth it.. right? about buying a "cheap" car.. i wouldn't even consider it. when i found my d, i didn't have the money to buy it so i went to the bank and signed on the dotted line.. my car still isn't perfect, but it is sound. aside from the hot start problem, some air-con work and a little cosmetic work (facia paint, dash and seat cracks), the car is great. remember.. you get what you pay for. most times, them money that you will spend fixing a project car will come pretty close to the cost of an example in good shape.. just my $.02.. good luck and please keep me posted on your progress. :) Mike Cutting 11434 http://www.nt.net/~mcutting
