[DML] Throttle cable stuck

Hello List,
I finally got my DeLorean started today after 12 months of sitting(BIG 
thanks to DMC Joe for all his time and help). My throttle cable is sticking 
so I am not able to start it now because it revs up to high. It worked fine 
when it was warm out. has anyone else had this problem in cold weather? what 
should I do? was there ever an update done to the throttle cable? I can 
drive it until I figure this out. my VIN # is 2496 if that helps.
