Most body shops won't touch a stainless panel because most of them work by
using bondo and repainting. Obviously this won't do on a DeLorean.

However, some DeLorean specialty shops will repair panels that have not
been damaged too badly. I know PJ Grady and DMC-Houston will, maybe
others also. As for the fascia if it has not been physically damaged then
new paint should fix it.
