[DML] Re: A DMC problem

Could be faulty emergency cutoff switch (behind carpet near clutch pedal) try jumping with heavy guage wire,
could be idle control unit (see fuse box area, but you'd need a replacement one to test or take yours to another delorean to try). Have you tried spraying starter fluid into the intake manifold (underneath air filter)? If it runs,
you have a fuel problem which means its either the pump, idle control, emergency cut off, or accumlulator. Otherwise it's electrical.

Oil is put in the oil intake which is on the left side of the engine (if you are facing the engine) on the top. It
is a cylindrical plastic object with two curved hoses going into/out of it - about 2.5 inches across.

Subject:	[DML] A DMC problem

Hello,
I finally installed my rebuilt starter and solenoid today hoping it would
solve my problem but it didnt. When I turn the key a little I hear the pump
going and when I turn it all the way to the starting position I just get one
click from behind the passenger seat. what could be the problem? I look
forward to your responses. I know there was a starter update that my car has
not yet received, but wouldnt the starter atleast move without it? I REALLY
WANT TO GET THIS RUNNING!

oh yeah, where do you put the oil in in this thing? I just drained it today
and need to refil it.

Thanks
