Dave Howarth's after-market (from the original dealer) silencer (muffler) is stainless, but very poor quality, it has a few rust spots on it. Is yours OEM?

My muffler is brown-spotted and looks rusty...is it prone to rust? I thought
this was also made from stainless steel...

The two tailpipes have definitely rusted...and one is loose and about to
come off.

Does the entire muffler need to be replaced or can I simply get tailpipes?
