I bought my DeLorean new from a Porsche/Audi/
DeLorean dealer. On the show floor, next to a DeLorean, was a 928 Porsche
with a sticker price of $48,000 1981 dollars. The DeLorean was discounted to
$19,995 at that time. Today 1981 928 Porsches can be found quite readily for
under $10,000 while a nice DeLorean can fetch from $15 to $20,000. What
more can you say?
