[DML] It's 12:00 ...ALWAYS!! Is my dash clock toast?

Hey Gang!

Quick question...I recently replaced my non-clock console with a dash clock one. The unit that is in there now seems to be stuck at 12:00...it doesn't advance and I can't seem to change the time...is it toast? or am I missing something?
