When you turn you steering wheel to the full lock position either left or
right the inside wall or your tires rubs against the front anti-roll bar.
To prevent this simply back off the steering wheel slightly to eliminate
the noise.
I don't understand you second problem. Are you describing a clutch /
transmission problem or an acceleration problem.
