[DML] Removing door and quarter panel

Hello,
I recently purchased a project DeLorean that had a U-haul truck back into 
the right door. The entire door was bent(not just the panel) and it is 
pushed out quite a bit from the other panels. I found a new door for it but 
don't know how I should go about putting it on. I have heard you can be 
seriously injured from the torsion bar. Has anyone ever removed one? If so 
how did you go about doing it? I would like to throw it on this winter. 

The right quarter panel was also dented in the accident. How does it come 
off?
