[DML] steering questions

Ok, This is probably a stupid question, but I need an answer so here it 
goes. I heard from some places that the DeLorean has a telescopic steering 
wheel, and from others that it is just tilt. Mine appears to be neither. I 
only looked around it for a few hours (test driving it and inspecting), but 
I could find no control for the adjustment of the wheel. I'm the same guy 
who spent 10 minutes figuring out how to pop the hood though :) Oh BTW, my 
vin is around 1000 I believe.

Also, thanks to all who answered my antenna question, I have learned that I 
do have the winshield embedded one.
