Good idea. Do you have the muffler-equipped version or the catalytic
converter-equipped version?

Don't remove your air filter. Depending on how high your HC is (what is
the limit and the amount that you produced?) you could probably get away
with changing the spark plugs, setting the timing, and putting some of
that "guarantee to pass emissions" stuff in your fuel.
