Dave,

The only opinion I can give is based upon my DMC, which was bought from 
Orlando. As far as the frame rust, mine, to the best of my examination, has 
none. The tie rods have suffered some small amounts of rust, but these are 
very small areas. The interior seems to have suffered far more than the body 
and frame, with some heat cracks on the seats and severe cracking on the 
binnacle. Possibly the worst of the car was the bleaching of the painted 
areas (the front and rear) and black metal areas (the engine cover/louvers) 
but I believe had this car been properly maintained over the years, this 
probably wouldn't have been the case.
