[DML] Re: stains on fender

The tape marks that the original post refereed to were left from filament
tape that was used to attach Styrofoam protection cushions at the factory.

Thousands of DeLoreans were stored at the factory and the QAC centers with
this tape exposed to the sun for an extended period of time (several
months). This condition caused the glue in the tape to etch its foot print
in the final fascia finish, therefore these marks cannot be removed.
Refinishing the fascia is the only solution.
