You can run the DeLorean in a Stock class, but it's due to the "catchall" that throws it into Super Stock, so it's still against the 'Vettes and the late turbo RX-7's. I've been autocrossing for a number of years, but just got the DeLorean this year. We've run it once. It did better than I would have thought, but still got it's rear kicked pretty good. Of course, we were running it in TOTALLY stock conditions on the Yokohama street tires. Plus I started the tire pressures off a little on the high side so it was really squirley. My wife drives also, and she spun it completely around when she got the car over-ocillating in a slalom! My wife and I have decided that we aren't going to run it often, but it IS fun to take it out occasionally. We're hoping to get enough DeLoreans out on the 10th that they'll give us our own class so that nobody has to worry about the other cars.
