This is not the case. The PRV-6 can get warped heads if you aren't
careful when you remove and install them. However you almost never need
to remove the heads on the PRV-6, so this is not a common problem. 
Sometimes they leak with age (gaskets do that) but even that is not
usually a major problem.

I've never heard of a "warped head gasket." :}

I've never seen a donut spare which held the proper amount of pressure.
If you want to be super safe you should carry an air pump, but a AAA card
is lighter and smaller. :}
