Needless to say, this is SERIOUS. I suspect that while working
with the hoses to get the last spark plug out, you fractured one of
the fuel lines to the injectors. These can be replaced through
the normal parts places or you can try a local Volvo dealership
or any other good foreign car specialists.

DO NOT START THE CAR UNTIL THIS IS FIXED!!!

I had a similar problem with the leftmost rear injector on
my car. It actually caught fire while my wife and I were
riding in the car. Fortunately, I noticed the flames about
when they started. Diet Dr. Pepper is a pretty good fire
retardent. The only damage was some soot on the engine
cover and some blistered insulation on the wiring harness
in the area.
