Don't bother !
The DeLorean spare tire will only hold the specified 60 psi for a week or
two. If you have a rear flat and you are carrying a passenger there is no
place inside the car to store the tire, it won't even fit in the trunk. 

All you need to do is carry a can of Tire-Flat or an equivalent.
