[DML] ding rollout

i have a small ding in the passenger side rear quarter panel. It's
right on the wheel well and very easy to get to without having to
remove the panel. My question is: is there a way to roll that out
myself? Its such a small ding, i would have to throw away $250 just to
get it removed.
