[DML] DeLoreans in Iowa/Illinois

Hey everybody. I'm new to this list. First off, I'll tell you my story of 
how I found my love for DeLoreans. When I was about 10 or 11, my dad took me 
to a farm show at the Mark of the Quad-Cities. He is an engineer and really 
interested in machinery such as that. I wanted to go just to see the inside 
of the new arena, so I, nor my Dad found the show very exciting. We decided 
to walk around the almost empty parking lot and we came across a DeLorean. I 
was suprised. I had always loved the Back to the Future movies, but I never 
realized that a DeLorean was a real thing. I was amazed to know that this 
car was real. The gull-wing doors and the over all shape. It was Godly. 
Well then I became obsessed the car. I never actually saw one again until 
just 2 weeks ago. I saw it driving down the road in my hometown of 
Bettendorf, IA. I freaked out and almost started following it. I decided 
that wouldn't be a good idea though. My obsession with the car was rekindled 
(sp?) by that brief meeting. Money is low over here being 17 years old, but 
I can assure you that I will own a DeLorean within the next 13 years. Heh, 
how's that for a deadline. 

Anyway, I was wondering if anybody on this list was from the Quad-City area? 
If so, write me back. If anybody would be so kind as to let me give their 
DeLorean a spin (I'd of course pay for such honor) let me know.
