Brad,
I trust you meant that you looked in the electrical compartment under the
parcel shelf located behind the drivers seat. That is where the fuse and
relay are located.

I guess I should have been more specific.
I have a power antenna located in the engine compartment. The antenna is
retractable (at least it use to be). 
I do not hear the antenna motor running when I turn off the radio.
I understand there may be a relay switch somewhere. Does anyone know where
the relay swith is located ? I looked behind the drivers seat to no avail.
Could this be a burnt out fuse?
