Hello,
Ah, yes, the Test Track Video taken by dear James Espy. (I think). 
Anyways, I believe that's in MOV format, from what I remember. MOV format 
videos require Apple's Quicktime viewer, which is also available on PC. It's 
actually a pretty old format now, AVI and MPGs are usually what digital 
videos are on nowadays. Anyways, I suggest looking around for Quicktime, try 
www.apple.com, and do a search for it.
